The courage to be Disliked
₨ 100
The Courage to Be Disliked” presents the liberating psychology of Alfred Adler, arguing that your past does not determine your present; your unhappiness is a goal-driven choice you can change immediately. The key to freedom is the Separation of Tasks: you must separate what you control (your actions) from what you don’t (other people’s judgments). True liberty requires the courage to be disliked, as living to satisfy others’ expectations is slavery. Happiness is found in Community Feeling, viewing others as comrades, and gaining a sense of worth through contribution to the whole, irrespective of external recognition.
